These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Hoofcount website and to all orders placed through it.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Hoofcount Ltd, United Kingdom.
We supply hoof care equipment, chemicals and replacement parts to customers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

2. Customers

Hoofcount sells to both:

  • Consumers (B2C), including individual farmers

  • Businesses (B2B)

Unless otherwise stated, the same terms apply to both consumers and business customers.

3. Orders

  • Orders may be placed directly via the website or, for dealers, via an order request order system on Distributor Portal.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Hoofcount.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (e.g. stock availability, pricing errors).

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices shown on the website are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may exclude delivery costs and applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout where relevant.

  • For dealer orders, pricing may be confirmed separately after order submission.

  • Payment must be made using the available payment methods shown at checkout or agreed during the order process.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Warranty Terms

Warranty may vary by product type.

• Serviceable parts:
Covered by a 2-year warranty, provided the product is serviced annually as recommended.

• Stainless steel footbaths:
Covered by a 5-year warranty.

• Warranty does not cover:

◦ Normal wear and tear

◦ Incorrect installation or use

◦ Damage caused by lack of servicing or misuse

Proof of purchase may be required for any warranty claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoofcount shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
